    After many inquiries and subsequent design work, Tribal Temple Merch is proud to launch our own innovative Clear Communication Face Mask. We have incorporated TGA approved, Australian owned and manufactured reusable PET Plastic. PET plastic is flexible and crystal clear. We have combined this with our best selling, reusable, premium quality commercially grade fabrics and haberdashery. Our masks meet Australian Health Advice for 3ply cloth masks.

    Specifications of Clear Communication Masks:

    • 3ply made up of 2 layers of 140gsm, 100% Natural Seeded Cotton with 1 layer of heavy weight non-woven interlining
    • finished size: 9in x 2.5in which vertically expands to 7in
    • clear window: 9in x 2.5in centre then tapered to 1.5in on sides - clear window stays off the nose, mouth and chin
    • chin guard: 2in pleated
    • mouldable, galvanised nose wire encased with signature honeycomb embroidery stitch
    • 2mm round millinery elastic using a Fisherman's Knot for easy adjustment of tension

    Our Clear Communication Masks are not advertised as Anti-fog We have not found a long term anti-fog solution that guarantees this as yet. As a result we highly recommend buyers to be aware they will need to trial alternative solutions that best suit you to help reduce fog and condensation.

    Suggested ways to reduce fog and condensation:
    • anti-fog wipes (chemist)
    • scuba antifog spray
    • hand liquid soap, bar of soap, dishwashing liquid or baby shampoo then lightly buff with cloth

    Washing Instructions:
    • Clear Communication Masks should be hand washed separately in cold water only, with laundry detergent of your choice, rinsed and then hung to air dry.
    • The masks are not suitable for washing machine, dryers or hair dryers as this will damage the product due to the encased wire and the plastic will also warp.
    • Natural seeded cotton must be washed separately as its has not been chemically treated and being a natural fibre it will take on colour if mixed with other masks or laundry. When washing the charcoal colour of the non woven interlining will appear but once dry it will not affect the colour of the natural seeded cotton.
    • As the mask is newly handmade you can expect it will be stiff initially. The fabric will soften once you have hand washed it and have worn it a couple of times.

    How do I confirm correct shipping address after submitting order?

    What if my order has been returned due to incorrect address entered or failed delivery attempt and/or buyer didn’t retrieve parcel from depot within time frame?

    If an item is returned as a result of incorrect address entered upon checkout, we can resend the item after receiving payment for the cost to reship and when correct shipping details are confirmed and resubmitted.

    What should I do if I didn't receive my order?

    We recommend you check the tracking id number we provide upon dispatch on Etsy and via auto emails. Please contact couriers directly for them to assist your inquiry.

    Once your order has been dispatched and in courier’s possession it becomes third party responsibility which is beyond our control.

    For further assistance please contact us directly to raise the issue and we will endeavour to investigate.

    I made order before 20th April. My order was placed and dispatched with Australia Post. My tracking ID states my parcel has not left Australia. It’s been a month. Will it be delivered? Can I get a refund?

    An Etsy seller is not accountable for third party shipping matters due to unexpected transit delays, limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19.

    Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible and clear the backlog.

    Australia Post has suspended its “Economy Air” international delivery service for parcels to all countries effective 3 April until further notice.

    We are unable to provide refunds for parcels
    delayed and still in transit, both domestically and internationally via Australia Post. Due to Australia Post delays we now use Commercial Couriers.

    How do I adjust and wash

    As the mask is handmade you can expect it will be stiffer initially. The fabric will quickly soften once you have hand washed before use.

    Like breaking into a new pair of shoes, it takes a little bit of time to manipulate mask to most face shapes. Bend the wire with hands, to make it more pliable this will help with moulding better around nose bridge and check bones. Stretch the elastic to soften and reknot to adjust tension. Scrunch the masks for more softening.

    Only hand wash in cold or warm water with laundry detergent, rinse then hung to dry. Additional fabric softener if you want it more softer.

    Why do we request for mobile number and special instructions?

    As a result of large parcel volumes, some couriers drivers, are apprehensive to knock on doors, touch door bells or write out and leave parcel notes for failed delivery and in some cases from our experience some drivers have admitted that they ran out of time to fulfill all deliveries designated that day. As result, parcels go straight to pop shop or recollection points and held for 5 days before returned to sender and electronically update tracking ID as failed delivery attempt, even though most people are home in lock down.

    We stress on shipping label for courier drivers to please call on delivery to avoid this from happening and list any special instructions for Driver on shipping note, eg authority to leave at front door.

    What if I chose not to disclose mobile number on request

    We will respect your wishes, however please please note mobile is only used to print on shipping label and then destroyed.

    Once your parcel has left our establishment it is your responsibility to correspond with the courier company directly in regards to any failed deliveries or organising redelivers, lost or stolen. If you do not have a direct contact for courier to call incase of any issues with your delivery expect further delays with online parcel inquiry submission response or long wait times on the customer service phone line with couriers. We are not responsible to chase parcels and we want uphold our diligence to make delivery as simple as possible for you.

    What if you know Couriers don’t deliver based on your location.
